Every project begins with a free consultation where I assess & comprehensively measure your space and get to understand your needs and what you’re looking for as an end result.

Yes! The free consultation is necessary to assess all the details of your space. I don’t just show up with generic storage containers and shove them in and hope they fit! The consultation ensures that I create a tailored proposal just for you. I promise the consultation is quick and efficient and will not waste your precious time.

Definitely not!! Don’t waste your time. When I look at a space I don’t see the clutter - only potential. My job is to take the stress off your hands.

That’s entirely up to you! If we’re decluttering, I may need your input, but most clients prefer a hands-off approach and return to a fully transformed space. I have a up-to-date Police Check so you can trust me in your home to pop in and out while I work. I can also let myself in or out with instructions. Oh, and if you have pets I LOVE THEM so they will get lots love!!

I personally handle every project from start to finish and provide a very high standard of service with a discreet, personalised approach which is why I don’t delegate to a team. In other words I am a complete control freak and don’t trust that anyone else will do your job to my level of expectation! It also ensures minimal interruption to your home or business and I wear noise-cancelling headphones while I work.
Pricing & Estimates

On-site organising sessions are $85 per hour, with most projects taking 3 to 6 hours. After your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored estimate based on your specific needs. The consultation, personal shopping, Cricut vinyl labels and rubbish/charity removal are all included in the service.

I get it - you want an answer right now! But the timeline depends on the size of your space and how much decluttering is needed. I’ll work this out during your free consultation, but here’s a general guide:
▪ Linen Closet – 2 hours
▪ Standard Pantry – 4 hours
▪ Butler’s Pantry – 6 hours
▪ Large Walk-In Wardrobe – 6 to 7 hoursI work quietly and efficiently to get the job done without lingering around or trying to engage you in mindless chit-chat, so you can enjoy your beautifully organised space as soon as possible!

No. Every space is different! Some projects take just 2 hours, while a full area makeover may take longer. Instead of set packages that charge you for time or storage products you don’t even need, I customise solutions just for you.
Storage & Products

To achieve the polished, functional results you see in my Before & After pictures, storage products are often recommended. However, I always work within your budget and discuss options with you first so there are no unhappy surprises!

Yes! I research and recommend high-quality storage solutions that complement your space. Unlike generic, one-size-fits-all solutions from just one major retailer, I select products that seamlessly blend with your home’s style and function. I offer free personal shopping in-store and online from a huge range of retailers (including international suppliers if required), then bring them all with me to the organising session so you don’t have to do anything.

Storage products are charged separately, and you only pay for what you approve. I provide a detailed breakdown before purchasing - no unnecessary spending. I also return any unused products at no extra cost to you.
Logistics & Additional Services

I service Brisbane within 30km of the CBD. Larger projects outside this area may be considered upon request.

I handle decluttering, responsible disposal, and donation drop-offs. Items that fit in a standard car can be removed; larger items will need separate arrangements.

Yes! Even the most organised spaces can become neglected over time with busy schedules. These may require a quick free consult but no product purchasing as I am just refreshing your previously organised space.
