From Chaos to Calm With a Personal Touch.
My journey to becoming a luxury home organiser was shaped across London, Singapore, Hong Kong and now Brisbane, where my family and I have made our home.
Before founding The Calming Zone, I worked in investment banking and law—fields that demanded structure, precision, and discretion. After stepping away from the corporate world to raise our three children, I began managing our homes through international moves and the daily rhythm of family life. In the midst of that, I craved something simple: a sense of calm.
This led me to create The Calming Zone—a way to bring refined, lasting order to homes just like yours. I believe in systems that are both elegant and functional, designed not only for how a space looks, but for how it supports your lifestyle.
Along the way, I earned a degree in Nutrition, developed a deep appreciation for timeless, design-led solutions, and became a passionate supporter of animal rescue. Many of the gently used items my clients part with are donated to local charities, including rescue organisations I care about personally.
Today, I share my life with my family and two very cheeky dachshunds (one of them a rescue). Every detail I design is done with the same level of care I’d give to my own home, so that your space not only feels elevated, but truly yours.
